Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, China, European Union, Great Britain, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and USA. Shipping to islands is currently excluded.

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from conclusion of contract. Dispatch costs are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery dates, we will ship them together in one delivery unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

A DHL tracking number will be provided via email for all orders.

EU-Orders
We offer free DHL Standard shipping on all orders placed within the EU.
DHL Express shipping is available at the customer's expense and can be selected at checkout.

  • DHL Standard typically delivers within 2-5 business days.
  • DHL Express usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Non-EU Orders
Shipping costs for orders placed outside the EU vary by destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Non-EU orders are eligible for shipping via DHL Standard and DHL Express.

  • DHL Standard typically delivers within 7-14 business days.
  • DHL Express usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Once an order has left our warehouse, YAEL is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities, and has no control over the handling or processing of the shipment.

Please note that for Non-EU orders additional duties and taxes may apply upon import.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
