SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, China, European Union, Great Britain, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and USA. Shipping to islands is currently excluded.

All orders placed Monday–Friday are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of the contract’s conclusion from our Germany-based warehouse. Dispatch costs are inclusive of legally applicable VAT. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. 

If you order items with different delivery dates, we will ship them together in one delivery unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

A DHL tracking number is provided via email for all orders.

EU-Orders

  • Free DHL Standard shipping on all orders within the EU.
  • DHL Express shipping available at the customer's expense.
  • Delivery Times:
    • DHL Standard typically delivers within 2-5 business days.
    • DHL Express usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Non-EU Orders

  • Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Times:
    • DHL Standard: 3–14 business days (depending on location and customs)
    • DHL Express: 2–5 business days (depending on location and customs) 
  • Once an order has left our warehouse, YAEL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Payment Options
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, PayPal Express and Klarna. 
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited upon the conclusion of the contract.
