SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, China, European Union, Great Britain, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Shipping to islands is currently excluded.
All orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after conclusion of the contract from our warehouse in Germany. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
A DHL tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
European Union

Non-EU Orders
Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

For non-EU orders with a total value exceeding 1.000€, we are legally required to submit an export declaration prior to dispatch. Customs processing typically requires an additional 2–3 business days and may extend overall delivery times.

Once an order has left our warehouse, YAEL is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
