RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that currently only orders delivered within the European Union are eligible for return.
EU Orders
Customers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Returns are processed within 5 business days after receipt at our warehouse. Once your return has been inspected and approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Non-EU Orders
All orders shipped outside the European Union are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Due to the complexity of international return shipping, customs procedures, and associated costs, we are unable to offer returns for non-EU orders.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to contact us prior to purchase with any sizing or product-related questions.
How to Return
All returns must be registered through our RETURN PORTAL.
Customers may either:

Download a return shipping label directly via the portal, or
-
Arrange return shipping independently using a carrier of their choice
In both cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

All labels and tags must remain attached with the original fastening thread intact.

Items must be returned in their original protective poly bag and neatly folded to prevent creasing of delicate fabrics.

Items must be free from any damage or stains, including deodorant or makeup marks.

Items must be thoroughly clean and free from dirt, including human or animal hair.

Items must be free from noticeable odors, including perfume, sweat, or smoke.

Items must not have been worn beyond a simple try-on and must not have been used for photo shoots, social media content, commercial purposes, or personal promotion.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Delicate Materials
As our garments are crafted from delicate materials such as silk, we reserve the right to deduct a refurbishment fee of €15 from the refund if items are returned in an excessively creased, damaged, or improperly packaged condition.
We kindly ask that each piece be handled with care.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at cs@yaelthelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns of damaged items without prior notification and approval cannot be accepted.
