RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that currently only EU-orders are eligible for return.

EU-Orders

EU-based customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of delivery.
All returns are processed within 5 business days after being received at our warehouse. 
You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been approved.

Non-EU Orders
Non-EU orders are final sale and may not be returned due to the complexity of international return shipping and customs procedures. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any product or sizing questions prior to purchase. 

How to Return
All returns must be submitted through our RETURN PORTAL.
You may either download a ready-to-use return shipping label directly through our returns portal, or arrange return shipping yourself using a carrier of your choice. In both cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

Return Criteria
To qualify for a refund
, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • All labels and tags must remain intact and attached to the garment with the original fastening thread intact.
  • To protect them, items must be returned inside their original poly bag. Please make sure they are neatly folded to prevent creasing of the delicate silk.
  • Items must be free of any damage or stains, including deodorant or makeup marks.
  • Items must be thoroughly clean and free of dirt, including human/animal hair.
  • Items must be free of any noticeable odors, including perfume, sweat, or smoke.
  • Items must not have been worn beyond a simple try-on. They must not be used for photo shoots, social media content, online displays, or any form of commercial or personal promotion.

Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Special Note for Delicate Materials
As our pieces are crafted from delicate materials such as silk, we reserve the right to deduct a refurbishment fee of €15 from the refund if items are returned in an exceptionally crinkled or damaged condition due to improper packaging or handling during return shipment. We thank you for your understanding and for treating each piece with care.

Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item, please contact us at cs@yaelthelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery. 
Returns of damaged items without prior notification cannot be accepted.
