Returns & Refunds
Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of delivery.
Please note that currently only EU-orders are eligible for return. Non-EU orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
All returns must be submitted through our Return Portal.
The costs for the return shipment shall be covered by the customer.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

- All labels and tags must remain attached to the garment with the original fastening thread intact.
- To protect them, items must be returned inside their original poly bag. Please make sure they are neatly folded to prevent wrinkles in the delicate silk.
- Items must be free of any damage or stains, including deodorant or makeup marks.
- Items must be thoroughly clean and free of dirt, including human/animal hair.
- Items must be free of any noticeable odors, including cologne, sweat, or smoke.
- Items must not have been used for photography shoots, Instagram posts, online displays, or any commercial or personal promotion.
Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
For items that are not directly damaged but are returned in a condition unfit for immediate resale, a refurbishment fee of 15€ per item will be deducted from your refund.
All returns are processed within 7 to 10 business days after being received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been approved.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at cs@yaelthelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns of damaged items without prior notification cannot be accepted.
